I just wanted to say thank you very much!!  My new handlebar bag and large saddlebag were delivered last Thursday, much earlier than I expected. I put them on my bike last night and rode with them today. I love these bags. They have replaced my Arkel Large Handlebar Bag and the Arkel Tail Rider that I was never completely happy with. They have plenty of room, the weight is evenly distributed, my bike does not feel awkward or unsteady, and they look fantastic! The handlebar bag reminds me of an old Kirtland bag I owned back in the 70's. The craftsmanship is very impressive and they are extremely well made.  I am now an ardent fan of Acorn Bags and look forward to many purchases in the future. Right now, I'm hoping you have rear panniers in your future plans. 
 
I am very happy and very impressed with your products. Again, I want to say thank you for the very well made and very well designed bags.  Your promptness and early delivery are very much appreciated as well. I am ecstatic to be able to ride with bags made in the USA and, I believe, a superior product to Carradice. Thank you, and best wishes for your future endeavors.

Ron, I just got back from the Denver Post Ride the Rockies and had a great time. I didn't have any flats, repairs, or rain, so all of the stuff I carried stayed in my new bag. I'm glad I had it along though. The bag is just great, fits nice and tight to the saddle and seat post and I had room to spare. Now for the good part, I had comments EVERY single day about the nice bag!!!! Comments ranged from "cool bag", "beautiful bag", "nice bag" and such, all followed by "where did you get it?" I told everyone who asked to look you up on acornbags.com and how good you where to deal with. Hopefully you'll see some sales from riders who saw it on my bike. Alot of comments came from rideres with Brooks saddles and similar (Carradice etc.) bags and touring style bikes, but a surprising number of riders on racing bikes were interested. Hope you have a good summer and I'll get back to you when I need another bag, probably a handlebar rig.

P.S. My bag was BY FAR, the nicest one I saw on tour, I could see jealousy on the faces of those who spent more money on a bag that didn't look as good as mine. Even my friends I rode with, all of them hammerheads on featherweight, razorblade tired (23mm)bikes, with plain-Jane black nylon bags, thought it was a very classy bag!!!!

Hi Ron,

Finally finished up my Rivendell-ized Bridgestone and strapped your seat bag on, it looks great! It's holding wallet, phone, sunglasses, camera case, tube, mini pump and patch kit in the picture, just the perfect size! I'll try to get some better pictures if you need them.

I don't suppose you'd consider building a bag like the Nigel Smythe Little Loafer that Rivendell sells? I'd sure like something to go on a Nitto M-12 front rack to match this one. I know I can call Rivendell or find a Berthoud...but I like this one better!

Looks like you're not having trouble with sales based on your website, glad to see it!

Thank you for the heads up - I am again looking forward to receiving another Acorn Bag in the mail. Your bags are incredibly well thought out, practical designs. The medium saddle bag I already own has replaced several of the more recognizable brand named bags I've been using. If designing and manufacturing the Acorn Bags is not yet your full-time profession, then I (as well as the many others who are familiar with your work) give you permission to quit your day gig. Thanks for the quality work and the friendly vibe that is synonymous with Acorn Bags.

I purchased two of your bags about 6 months ago when you were still selling them on eBay. I just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with them. If you recall, I purchased the last of your original tool rolls before you re-designed them with zippers. I also purchased a medium bag that you said was a second because one small section had a seam that was re-stitched. These have both been attached to my Brooks B67 saddle since I purchased them and they have been fantastic. In a pinch, I loaded up the medium bag with can's from the market when my front basket didn't have enough room. It handled the load with no problem. I get asked about them quite a bit. It's nice to see you have a web site for direct ordering that I can point people to.
 
Good luck with your business venture. The quality of your bags is second to none!
 
Also, if you ever need a picture of two bags attached to a B67 at the same time just let me know. It's a unique setup but it works out great. The tool roll hangs from the saddle loops and the medium bag hangs from the rails.

Hi Ron,

Attached are a couple photos of your medium saddle bag on my bike Proteus sport tourer. It's the perfect size for me - it's large enough for long rides where carrying a lunch and/or some extra clothes is necessary, and I am please to see that the bag keeps its shape quite well when not full too.

I must say I really am impressed with the quality and the careful thought you obviously put into this bag. I think you really are achieving your goal of offering a great value. Even my wife, who is not normally impressed by anything bike-related was quite impressed with this bag!

Let me know if these photos don't suffice in some way and I will take a few more.

I've been biking for 55 years, lots of bikes, lots of products. The Acorn bag I recently received from you is of remarkably fine quality, and having left a feedback comment to that effect I wanted to add a personal note of appreciation. It's installed on a classic 1983 Jack Taylor, one of the last of those produced by the Taylors, and it's a superb complement to the bike, useful and extraordinarily handsome. Well done.
