Ordering Questions

Sorry to make our ordering process complicated. I have no choice but to restrict orders since our production is extremely limited--it's just me and my wife cranking out the bags. Hopefully, I can answer most of your ordering questions here. Thanks, Ron

You're always out of bags...when will new stock be posted?

We are commited to offering quality bags at a reasonable price. This takes time...remember, it's just the two of us! If you don't see what you're looking for, please check back with us soon--we make bags in small batches and usually re-stock every 3-4 weeks. You can email us to be notified when bags go on sale.

I logged on exactly at XX o'clock, put a bag in my cart and now it won't allow me to proceed to checkout! What gives?

The item is already sold out or is being held in other buyer's carts for purchase. I'm sorry, but I have no control over this.

How fast do your bags sell out?

A popular bag may sell out extremely fast, like in 30 seconds…it might take up to a few days for a slower seller.

How many bags do you actually have for sale each session?

We usually have for sale anywhere from 4 to 8 of each model.

Do you have a waiting or pre-order list?

I tried a waiting list, but it grew uncomfortably long--over 6 months--so I no longer keep lists.

Why don't you sell internationally?

I wish I could, but truthfully, our U.S. customers come first. When things slow down, I would enjoy selling to our neighbors worldwide .
